Our Educators

Through collaborative partnerships, our educators work as a team, learning from and supporting one another. Open communication, motivation, and acquiring new skills through ongoing learning, professional development and reflective practices, helps educators gain insights that support, inform and enrich decision-making about children’s learning.

Educator interactions and communication with children aim to give high praise and encouragement to help develop children’s self-confidence, self-esteem and independence. It is of great importance that we promote child and family well-being; our focus on child protection is highly integrated into all aspects of our roles and responsibilities as educators. We understand that it is our duty of care to ensure that children are safe and protected from harm.
